Sales Policy

  1. All orders are subject to approval of home office. If account is past due or over limit, orders may be held.
  2. Minimum order quantities apply to some styles.
  3. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  4. Please note: amounts on our price list are BASE PRICE. See guidelines for correct price by size range.
  5. Please pay from original invoice and include both customer account number and invoice number with your remittance. NO current statement will be issued.
  6. The charge on unpaid balances will be 1.5% per month (18% per annum).
  7. Additional price for special cut/non-stock garments. We will gladly make a garment for you in our available colors for an additional price. Please call for details

Return Policy

  1. All returns must have return authorization.
  2. All return authorizations must be requested by mail or fax within (10 ) days of invoice date.
  3. You must provide the order and/or invoice number on which the garment was shipped and your claim number with your return as well as style #, size and color of garment. Without this NO return authorization or credit will be issued.
  4. All returns are subject to inspection.
  5. Please explain exactly what is wrong with the garment. If reason for return is stated “Defective” without specifics, garment will not be accepted. (Do not mark defect with tape.)
  6. Credit will not be issued for worn garments.
  7. If damaged, garments will be repaired and returned to you. If it cannot be repaired, it will be replaced and returned to you. No new invoice will follow.
  8. Do not deduct credit amounts from payments before receiving a credit memo issued by Reed. (Please note this credit memo number with your remittance advice.) Your future shipments may be held until debt is cleared from account.
  9. A restocking fee of 15% will be charged against the customers account for goods returned without production defect.
  10. No credit will be given for jackets after six months from the shipping date.

Shipping Policy

  1. Orders placed for MADE IN USA garments not in stock will take approximately 4-6 weeks for production.
  2. Due to production and shipping schedules, some orders will be shipped incomplete to enable you to receive available merchandise as soon as possible. Therefore, back-orders will include any additional shipping expenses which are incurred (no additional service charge will apply).
  3. Orders placed for In-Stock goods to ship Blue or Red Label will ship within 48 hours when possible. Orders to be shipped by regular UPS will generally ship within 7-10 days or less during normal shipping conditions.
  4. Holiday orders may require more shipping time due to increased volume – you may inquire about shipping time when placing orders.
  5. Please note, all orders placed but not shipped by December 31st will be automatically cancelled in our system. A new order must be placed if the same garment is still required.
